U.S. Senate reaches deal to vote on spending package as partial gov't shutdown kicks in

Washington [US], March 23: U.S. Senate reached a deal late Friday to vote on a massive spending package aimed at funding part of the government agencies and programs until September, just a few minutes before partial government shutdown kicked in at midnight deadline.
